The plain version of how this site works.
Hello Court is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Today the site is a pre-launch waitlist for an upcoming product. Nothing on this site is a substitute for talking to a licensed attorney about your specific situation.
Hello Court is a trade name of Adaptive Ventures LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In these terms, "Hello Court," "we," "us," and "our" mean Adaptive Ventures LLC doing business as Hello Court.
What you are agreeing to
By using this site or signing up for the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who can use this site
Hello Court is intended for adults 18 and older. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the site or submit information through it.
What this site is (today)
Today, hellocourt.app is a marketing site collecting email addresses for a launch waitlist. It is not yet a working product. When you sign up, you agree to receive an email when Hello Court opens to early users, and (optionally, only if you check the box) occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Pricing and payment
Today there is nothing to pay for. The site is a free waitlist. We do not collect payment, payment-card details, or billing information at this stage, and joining the waitlist never costs anything.
The rest of this section describes how pricing will work at launch, when the product opens. It is here so you know what to expect. None of it is in effect yet, and we will show the exact price clearly before you ever pay anything.
Pay per case, one time. No subscription. When the product launches, Hello Court is sold one case at a time. You pay once for a case. There is no recurring charge, no monthly fee, and no auto-renewal. Looking into your situation and learning is free. You only pay when you choose to generate your packet and reference guide for a case.
At launch, the plans we expect to offer are:
- Starter: 1 case. $75 for founding members, $100 after.
- Plus: 2 cases. $135 for founding members, $180 after.
- Pro: 3 cases. $180 for founding members, $240 after.
Each case includes up to 1,000,000 AI tokens (the units the AI uses to read and write text) to do the work for that case. If a case needs more, you can add more in top-ups of $10 for each additional 100,000 tokens. We will always show you where you stand before you buy a top-up.
Founding pricing is reserved for the first 100 members. After the first 100, new members will see the then-current price, and that price will always be shown clearly before you buy. We will never surprise you with a charge.
These plans, prices, and token amounts are not final and may change before launch. The price that applies to you is the one shown to you at checkout, and you agree to it by completing your purchase. When the product is live, full payment, billing, and refund terms will be published here and you will see them before you pay.
What this site is not
- Not a law firm. Hello Court is not licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction.
- Not legal advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a lawyer who knows your specific facts.
- Not an attorney-client relationship. Signing up for the waitlist or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- Not a guarantee of any case outcome. When the product launches, we will provide educational walkthroughs and document templates. We will not promise any particular outcome.
If you have a legal problem right now
If you are dealing with an active legal matter and need help today, please contact a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Many bar associations operate free or low-cost lawyer-referral services. Legal aid organizations exist in every state for people who qualify by income.
How we treat your information
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it.
Changes to the site or these terms
We are in active build. Site content, features, and these terms may change. If we change these terms in any material way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify waitlist subscribers by email before substantive changes take effect.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Court, Adaptive Ventures LLC, and their operators, members, agents, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any inability to use the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions, because Adaptive Ventures LLC is organized under North Carolina law. Nothing in these terms takes away any right or protection you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live, and those laws still apply to you where they would otherwise govern.

These terms are intentionally short and plain-language. The pricing described above is forward-looking and not yet in effect. Before Hello Court actually collects payment, processes case information, or holds funds, this document will be replaced with full operating terms, including final payment, billing, and refund terms. Users will be notified before that change takes effect.
