What we collect, why, and how to delete it.
Hello Court is in active pre-launch. Today the only thing we collect is your email address when you join the waitlist. This page describes what changes when the product opens.
Hello Court is a trade name of Adaptive Ventures LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In this policy, "Hello Court," "we," "us," and "our" mean Adaptive Ventures LLC doing business as Hello Court. We are the company responsible for the information described here.
What we collect today (waitlist phase)
Just your email address, and only when you submit it to the waitlist form. We do not run analytics on the marketing site, do not set tracking cookies, and do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints, or referral data beyond what your email provider sees when we send you a launch email.
What we do with it
- Send you one email when Hello Court opens to early users.
- Optionally, occasional product updates if you opt in at sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in the email footer.
Who we share it with
Our email service provider (Formspree, then a transactional email service when we go live) processes the email on our behalf. They are not allowed to sell, rent, or use your address for any purpose other than delivering our messages. We do not share your email with advertisers, brokers, or any third party for marketing.
How to delete your data
Email hello@hellocourt.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to remove you. We will delete your record within 30 days and confirm.
What changes when the product launches
When Hello Court goes live with case walkthroughs, document templates, and lawyer matching, we will collect more information from you to do that work: names, case facts, evidence files, jurisdiction, and similar. We will publish an updated privacy policy with full detail before any of that collection begins. You will see the change in the "Last updated" date and a notice on this page.
The principles will not change. We will not sell your data. We will not use your case information for advertising. We will give you straightforward ways to delete your information at any time.
Children and minors
Hello Court is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email hello@hellocourt.app and we will remove the record.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in any material way, we will update the "Last updated" date and post a notice on this page. For waitlist subscribers, we will also email you about substantive changes before they take effect.
