Do I need to know any law?

No. You tell your story the way you would tell a friend. Every rule that matters is explained in plain words, with the statute it comes from, and Rowan is there for any question.

What if my state is not open yet?

States open in batches. The free guides are available everywhere now.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, except a full refund if we charged you by mistake or cannot support your case. The full policy is in the terms.

Is my information private?

Your case lives in your account and is used only to work your case. Our AI providers hold requests for a limited retention period and do not use them for training. The details are in the privacy policy.

Will I be talking to a real lawyer?

No. Hello Court is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. If you want a lawyer, the last step points you to your state's own ways to find one, and your packet includes a summary you can take to any lawyer you choose.
