What happens after I pay?
Your case opens on the dashboard with eight steps in order. You start with your materials and Hello Court leads from there, one step at a time. Nothing moves without you.
Do I need to know any law?
No. You tell your story the way you would tell a friend. Every rule that matters is explained in plain words, with the statute it comes from, and Atticus is there for any question.
What if my state is not open yet?
Tell us where you are in the form above. States open in batches, each one only after its rules are verified, and you will hear from us the day yours opens. The free guides are available everywhere now.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, except a full refund if we charged you by mistake or cannot support your case. The full policy is in the terms.
Is my information private?
Your case lives in your account and is used only to work your case. Our AI providers hold requests for a limited retention period and do not use them for training. The details are in the privacy policy.
Will I be talking to a real lawyer?
No. Hello Court is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. If you want a lawyer, the last step helps you find one near you, packet in hand, so they start on the real questions instead of rebuilding your file.
